When Auctiva first stated they were going to charge, before they lowered their rates acouple of weeks ago, alot of people started looking for other sources to list their items to Auctiva.
When this change with Auctiva first started I had found another place to use to list my items on to eBay.
I had wrote Auctiva support asking them if the items I have posted outside of Auctiva listings will I be charged by Auctiva, and why do they show up on my Auctiva account.
After receiving their support reply post I have listed below, will show you that Auctiva will charge for All items posted to eBay even if you are not using Auctiva to list them. Once they hit eBay they are automatically imported into your Auctiva account.

I would like to know why other items I have not listed by Auctiva are showing up in my Auctiva listings?
I have listed items to eBay that I did Not use Auctiva to create.
When I go in to my Auctiva and to my saved or active listings all my items using Auctiva and ones I did Not use Auctiva to create are showing up.
Would I be charged for all items I have listed to eBay, even if I did not create them using Auctiva?
New Comment: Hello,
I apologize for any confusion in this matter. Our system actually monitors eBay for any items that you post, even if they were not posted through your Auctiva account.
I don't know if you have had a chance to review our new flat rate plans but there is only one that has charges for posting to eBay (the Starter Plan). It is $2.95 and it allows for 15 items to be posted to eBay per month without any additional charges. It is then just $0.50 for each listing after that. There would be no listing charges for items posted directly through your eBay account.
I hope that this response has been helpful. If you have any further questions, concerns, or comments, please, don’t hesitate to contact us again.
Good luck and good selling!
Sincerely,
Todd K.
